Sophie Forestini holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Law from the Université libre de Bruxelles cum laude in 2016, and an L.L.M. in International Business Law which she obtained from the same University in 2017.

Additional functions

She has been a member of the Brussels Bar since the 1st of January 2018 and started her career as a lawyer in a law firm specialised in business law where she gained experience in commercial law, contract law and real estate law before joining H&K in 2020 where she mainly practices commercial and real estate law. Sophie manages all the civil and commercial files of PHOROS in close collaboration with her father, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree

Specific specializations

Her main areas of practice are general civil and commercial law, including commercial tenancy law and leases of general or principal residence, contract law and related civil and commercial proceedings. She pays particular attention to finding pragmatic solutions alongside her clients, for whom she works with empathy and rigour.
Sophie works mainly in French and English.

Hobbies

Her hobbies are travelling, gastronomy, music and cinema. She regularly participates in CrossFit sessions and also plays hockey.
